We meet as one on Sundays at 10 a.m. and in small groups across the city throughout the week.
You were made for this—a family adopted by grace, amazed by Jesus, and growing in love for God and our St Petersburg neighbors. Come be part of the story.
St. Petersburg’s skyline is filled with art, music and sea breezes. Yet beneath the beauty lies a deeper reality: a city where many have no church home and where diversity reveals both promise and pain. We are thankful for the many congregations that love and serve our city. Churches are feeding the hungry, making disciples and uniting communities, each reflecting Christ in unique ways. Still, we believe the Lord has called Gulf Coast to contribute something distinctive.
We see St. Pete through a gospel lens:
A mission field at our doorstep: St. Pete’s rapid growth has left many spiritually unengaged. This challenges us to be a faithful witness, living and learning the story of Jesus so deeply that it changes every aspect of life.
A countercultural community: In a city celebrated for art and activism, success is often measured by influence and wealth. We believe true power is found in Christ’s humility. Gospel culture values humility as power, love as progress and peace that flows from forgiveness. We aim to live this culture so our neighbors see the good news in our lives.
Mercy that reflects the kingdom: Acknowledging the physical needs in St. Pete, we embrace gospel mercy by being good news to the poor and working toward justice. Through local partnerships and initiatives, we want our deeds to demonstrate God’s reign.
Outreach beyond words: The early church’s witness was powerful because believers cared for those in need. Our mission insists that proclamation and demonstration go hand in hand. We will proclaim the kingdom and show its effects by welcoming strangers, feeding the hungry and loving even our enemies.
Unity with the wider body of Christ: We rejoice that churches across St. Pete love this city. We recognize that we are not its saviors and that God is already at work. Collaboration and shared service with other churches allow us to display a foretaste of the unified kingdom.
Our mission is not to build our own brand but to build a faithful gospel witness for this generation and the next. Through formation, gospel formed culture, mercy, outreach and unity, we hope to live out “St. Pete as it is in heaven” — a city renewed by the presence of King Jesus.
Through your sacrificial giving we are able to meet needs in our St Pete church community while also partnering with local and foreign ministries all over the world. When you give, you're not just donating to a church—you’re investing in transformed lives, restored families, and a thriving community. We are grateful.
