MISSION: Bill and Debbie serve faithfully behind the scenes to support missionaries around the world. Through their administrative work with MissionServe, they help ensure that missionaries can remain focused on their calling rather than being overwhelmed by logistics, coordination, and practical needs.
While their work is often unseen, it is deeply essential. By handling systems, communication, and organizational support, Bill and Debbie help create stability and sustainability for missionaries serving in challenging contexts. Their ministry strengthens the broader mission of the church by making long-term gospel work possible and sustainable.
Ways We Support Missio Serve
International Preaching Team: In the summers of 2014, 2015 and 2016, Jerry and Donna Cisar joined the founders in Madagascar to equip pastors there for the work of ministry.

but that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is lived out in every circumstance. For Debby, as she earns her Master's Degree in Care and Counseling, with the goal of one day ministering to missionaries
overseas.
